Only unopened and unused products returned within 30 days from the ship date of your order are eligible for a full refund. We do not accept returns of used or opened products. We appreciate your understanding of this policy. We're a small business and our customers have sensitive skin so we don't resell opened or used products. Once we're notified your return has been received we'll credit your original form of payment minus a small restocking fee of $3.20 for the first item then .55 cents per additional item that will be deducted from your final refund. Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable and will not be included in the credit applied to your account. Please allow 7-10 business days.
EXCHANGES:
If you would like to make an exchange, please perform the same process as for returns and place a new order.
