RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
PLEASE NOTE: These are medical products and for sanitary reasons we only accept returns of unopened, unworn and unused products in the original packaging. WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE A REFUND TO OPENED, USED PRODUCTS. WE ALSO CAN'T ACCEPTS RETURNS ON SKINCARE THAT IS USED AND OPENED.
Please email us regarding any manufacturing defects and we will exchange or refund your order. To notify us please send an email to email@example.com.
We do not accept returns on merchandise purchased more than 30 days.
Sealed and unopened products returned within 30 days from the ship date of your order are eligible for a full refund. There is a restocking fee of $3.20 for the first item then .55 cents per additional item that will be deducted from your final refund. Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable and will not be included in the credit applied to your account.
If you have ordered our products from another website, please contact that retailer to process your return. WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS FROM AMAZON OR THE ECZEMA COMPANY.
Steps for an Easy Return:
1. Log into your AD RescueWear account at www.adrescuewear.com and proceed to My Account.
2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to the item.
3. Fill out the following items on the return request:
- Quantity to return
- Return reason
- Return action
4. Click Submit Return Request.
5. You will then receive an email update once we receive your request.

As soon as we receive notification of your return from our fulfillment center, we will notify you by email that a credit has been made to your original payment method. Handling fees are not refundable and will not be included in the product credit applied to your account. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
If you would like to make an exchange, please perform the same process for returns. Then, place your new order online at theeczemareliefstore.com. Once we receive your return, we will credit your original form of payment. Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable and will not be included in the product credit applied to your account.
