Only unopened and unused products returned within 30 days from the ship date of your order are eligible for a full refund. We do not accept returns of used or opened products. We appreciate your understanding of this policy. We're a small business and our customers have sensitive skin so we don't resell opened or used products. If your product has a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong item please email us at info@adrescuewear.com or info@eczemareliefstore.com and we're happy to help.

PACKAGE YOUR RETURN ITEM AND INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER. 

PLEASE USE A CARRIER WITH TRACKING AS WE CAN NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST RETURNS.

Once we're notified your return has been received we'll credit your original form of payment minus a small restocking fee of $3.20 for the first item then .55 cents per additional item that will be deducted from your final refund. Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable and will not be included in the credit applied to your account. Please allow 7-10 business days. 

EXCHANGES:
